Description

Lieutenants serve as the Watch's Captains' right hand, providing insight due to their connection to the lower ranks and their overall experience in keeping Rosewood safe by upholding the French Legal Code. Captains know their Lieutenants by name, and so does the Bailiff. Usually, Lieutenants pick a specific burh within Rosewood to watch over and represent, while answering directly to the District's Captain. They are part of the Bailiff's inner circle and are easily recognized by a single red stripe that they wear around their left bicep, while their uniform evolved to have a pelt of wolf's fur over their right shoulder guard.

  • Weekly (Sunday) Paycheck: 50 coin

  • Rank-up Requirement: 500 xp

  • Rank-up Rewards: Halberd, Red Watch Stripe

Keep in mind, you need to have a blue stripe in your inventory to rank up to Lieutenant or higher!

Mechanics

Strip

r!strip <@user>

Used to take a Bound,Arrested or Unconscious user's wieldable items (weapons, tools) and armor.

  • Minimum Stamina: 50%

    • Raw Stamina Cost: 5

  • Command Cooldown: 2h

Stripped items will be transferred to the Watch member's inventory. Watch members may or may not return your items to you once you are free, it is up to them.

In-depth guide

Lieutenants are given the strip command in order to take the weapons of characters. This command can be used maliciously if it makes sense within the context, but most lawful Watch members will not try to steal items from others using this command. Lieutenants are part of the higher echelons of Rosewood's City Watch, are given access to the Guardhouse's armory, and are given an office within it. Lts. also usually work very closely with the Reeves' men of their respective burhs.
